We Live Here

We bought a new house this year.I use the word "we" very loosely. Tammy did all the work, I was out gallavanting around the Pacific. She did a great job.




















On the left is the view from the corner of the street and on the right is our backyard. Tammy is sitting in the dining nook between the family room and kitchen. We have already started making plans to change some things. Near the top of the list is new windows. We also plan to repaint some rooms and renovate the kitchen to create a country look.
We live in the Seattle area. This area has some of the nicest views as shown by photos from the area...



Okay, so we don't see this view. This is a satellite image of the north end of Seattle, our house is a little above the center of the picture. See it?
Here is a photo I took one evening while riding the ferry from Edmonds to Kingston.


The obligatory image of Mount Ranier. If you have ever been to Seattle you know why it is so closely related to the city. You can see the mountain from just about anywhere with 150 miles. (Assuming it is not overcast...which is frequently.)
